x 7: If a PSAP needs subscriber information during an emergency,
the T-Mobile Law Enforcement Relations (LER) group suggests the
PSAP fax the request on PSAP letterhead stating that the information
is needed due to exigent circumstances. The LER team's 24 x 7 phone
