Requirements
for Audio and/or Video Recording of Meeting attendees may record the audio and/or video of the proceedings of the monthly board meetings provided they are not disruptive to the conduct of the meetings. Any requests for recordings of a meeting must be submitted to the board at least fourteen days prior to the board meeting to be recorded. All requests for audio and/or video recordings must include the person's name, address, telephone number, and purpose. The
board will review the requests, and will notify the person(s) requesting
to record the meeting of the approval or rejection of the request.
